Private Training Sessions

  • One on One personalized fitness program using Pilates Apparatus and Pilates props like Stability Ball, Bosu Ball, Core Discs, Sliding Discs, and Rollers.
  • May also use other tools like Suspension Cables/kettle bells/free weights.

Group Class

  • Workout session for groups of more than three members.
  • The current classes include the Core & More, Mat Pilates, Pilates Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, TRX Body Conditioning and Myo-Fascial Release. You will use a variety of props like Stability Ball, BOSU Ball, Core Discs, Rollers, Sliding Discs, TRX & Bodhi Suspension cables, Kettle bells, and free weights to challenge core stability and provide total body strength conditioning.
  • This class does not involve Pilates Apparatus like the Reformer, Cadillac or the Stability Chair.

Therapeutic Privates

  • Post-rehabilitative session specifically to aid recovery; designed to match individual’s needs.
  • One on One personalized fitness program using various Pilates Apparatus.
  • Doctor's report will be essential.

Semi Privates

  • For a close-knit group of up to three members using Pilates Apparatus and Pilates props like Stability Ball, Bosu Ball, Core Discs, Sliding Discs, Rollers.
  • May also utilize other tools like Suspension Cables/kettle bells/free weights.
  • Programs tailored to suit the individual’s fitness level.
