- The current classes include the Core & More, Mat Pilates, Pilates Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, TRX Body Conditioning and Myo-Fascial Release. You will use a variety of props like Stability Ball, BOSU Ball, Core Discs, Rollers, Sliding Discs, TRX & Bodhi Suspension cables, Kettle bells, and free weights to challenge core stability and provide total body strength conditioning.
- This class does not involve Pilates Apparatus like the Reformer, Cadillac or the Stability Chair.
- Post-rehabilitative session specifically to aid recovery; designed to match individual’s needs.
